B2B Manufacturing & Industrial

Platforms for catalogs that need explaining before they sell

Long cycles, technical specifications, multiple approvers, and a channel to protect. Industrial buying breaks consumer e-commerce patterns in every direction — the platform has to be built for it.

Who we work with

  • Equipment and component manufacturers
  • Industrial and MRO distributors
  • Specialty fabricators with configurable products
  • Companies selling through dealer and rep networks
  • Operations teams running the business on disconnected tools

What breaks

The problems that bring people here

These come up in nearly every conversation in this market. If more than one is familiar, the platform is probably the constraint.

The catalog is too technical for a template

Compatibility rules, tolerances, and variant matrices do not survive a theme built for apparel.

Quoting is a manual bottleneck

Requests arrive by email, get priced in a spreadsheet, and go back as a PDF. Nothing about that flow is measurable.

The ERP is the source of truth and nothing can reach it

Inventory, pricing, and lead times are accurate in one system and stale everywhere a customer can see them.

Internal operations run on tool sprawl

Six products, four spreadsheets, and one person who knows how it all fits together.

What we build

How we approach b2b manufacturing

  1. 01

Product configurators with real compatibility logic

Rules-driven builders that return orderable configurations, replacing the compatibility chart your inside sales team currently interprets.

  2. 02

    Quote-to-order flows

Structured RFQ capture that routes to the right rep with full context and produces data you can actually analyze.

  3. 03

    ERP and CRM integration

A synchronization layer that keeps pricing, inventory, and customer records consistent between the system of record and everywhere customers look.

  4. 04

    Dealer and rep portals

Account-scoped catalogs, order history, and asset libraries so the channel serves itself instead of emailing your team.

  5. 05

    Internal operations platforms

When the tool sprawl is the real cost, we consolidate it into one system built around your workflow rather than a vendor's.

Questions

B2B Manufacturing, specifically

Can you integrate with our ERP?

If it exposes an API, a database connection, or a scheduled export, yes. We scope unfamiliar systems with a short technical spike before committing to an estimate, because integration risk is almost always in the data model rather than the transport.

We do not sell online. Is a platform still worth it?

Frequently, yes — and often more so. Configurators, RFQ flows, and dealer portals generate and qualify demand without a checkout anywhere in the process. Transacting online is one option, not the reason to build.

How do you handle confidential pricing?

Pricing logic and customer-specific rates stay server-side behind authentication, exposed only to the accounts entitled to them. Public pages never receive data the visitor is not authorized to see.
