For some projects, the build and the monthly plan can be rolled into one monthly payment over a set number of months. It is not right for every project, so ask on the call and I will tell you honestly whether it fits yours.
What makes this different
You can change your own website.
This is the part most people do not believe until they see it. Your site runs on the Wave Logic CMS, a system I built for my own clients, so you get a login that shows your pages in plain language (Hero Headline, Services, Phone Number), not a pile of code.
Change a price at seven in the morning. Add a service you just started offering. Swap last summer's photos for this summer's. It saves as a draft, you look at it, and it goes live when you say so.
Every inquiry from your contact form lands in the same place, so nothing gets lost in a personal inbox — and you can see what came in while you were on a job.
I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?
A Facebook page is good for people who already found you. A website is for the ones searching for your trade at ten at night and picking whoever looks most legitimate. It also means you own the thing — if Facebook changes something or locks your account, the site is still yours.
Why not just build it on Wix or Squarespace myself?
You can, and for some people that is the right answer. What you usually end up with is a template your competitors are also using, a site that loads slowly on a phone, and a weekend you will not get back. If you want to try it yourself first, do — I would rather you call me after than feel pushed into something.
What does the $50 a month actually cover?
Hosting, your domain's certificate, backups, security updates, and your own login to the Wave Logic CMS, where you edit the site and see every lead. It is what you need to make changes yourself. The build is paid separately.
Why not a $500 website?
A lot of the cheap websites being sold right now come from someone with a lead list and an AI site builder. They type in your business name, sell you what comes out, and move on to the next call. Nobody looks at it closely, and your customers can tell. I spend real hours on every site: learning what you do, writing and designing around it, and fixing the small things until it is right.

How long does it take?
Usually two to three weeks from the point I have your photos and your list of services. The slow part is almost always waiting on content, so if you have photos ready it moves faster.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site is yours, the domain is in your name, and the content is yours. You do not even have to stay on a monthly plan: if you would rather take the code and run it yourself, you can. There is no version of this where you leave empty-handed.
What if I need something more complicated later?
Then we build it. Booking systems, quote calculators, customer portals, connecting the site to whatever software you run on — that is the rest of what this studio does. It just does not need to be in version one.
