A smaller company should not need a platform-sized budget to get excellent work. Choose a focused website package, spread the investment across a managed monthly service, or scope a custom system when the problem truly demands one.
Pay once when you want a clean handoff, or choose managed monthly when lower upfront cost and ongoing care are more valuable. Either way, you own the site.

Custom work
Start with the smallest useful phase
Need a calculator, integration, workflow, or customer tool beyond a website package? Most custom work can begin as one focused feature, with a clear fixed price before anything larger is considered.
Custom Add-on
Adding one useful capability to an existing site
$1,500 – $3,500
A custom calculator, form workflow, CRM connection, or small feature that solves a specific problem without turning into a platform project.
Focused requirements and recommendation
One tightly scoped custom feature or integration
Fit into your existing site and brand
Testing, launch, and handoff
Focused System
One well-defined buying or operational problem
$3,500 – $7,500
A configurator, internal tool, customer portal, commerce flow, or custom workflow built around one clear outcome.
Workflow discovery and technical plan
Design and build of one core system
Connection with up to two existing tools
Testing, launch support, and documentation
Connected Build Phase
Several features or systems working together
$7,500 – $15,000
A larger build that connects customer experience, content, commerce, or operations — scoped into useful phases instead of one oversized commitment.
System map and practical phase plan
Custom interfaces and workflows
Multiple integrations or focused data migration
Phased rollout, training, and handoff
How billing works
A fair structure on both sides
The lower monthly price works because the service is repeatable, the initial term is clear, and the scope stays controlled. Custom work receives a fixed price before it begins.
Monthly is a managed service
It is not a payment plan for a static deliverable. Build, hosting, maintenance, routine updates, and regular review stay together so the site remains useful after launch.
The initial term protects the price
A 12-month commitment lets us absorb the build cost while lowering your upfront spend. Afterward, keep the full plan, step down to care only, or leave with the site.
Scope stays visible
Each package has clear page, integration, and update limits. Larger additions are quoted before work begins, so neither side is surprised by the economics.
Fixed-fee work starts at 50%
One-time packages and custom phases require 50% upfront before work is scheduled. The remaining 50% is due before launch or handoff, so the project stays funded and expectations stay clear.
Questions
About money, specifically
What is the least expensive way to work with Wave Logic?
A focused Launch Site is $2,000 paid once or $249 per month on a 12-month managed plan. Both routes produce a complete site; the monthly plan also includes hosting, maintenance, routine updates, and quarterly check-ins.
Why can monthly cost less than buying the site and care separately?
Predictable recurring revenue lets us standardize delivery and plan support capacity efficiently. We share that efficiency through a lower first-year total while keeping the ongoing services that protect the site after launch.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Choose what still serves you: keep the full plan month to month, step down to care only at $149 per month for Launch or $299 for Growth, or leave with the site and arrange hosting elsewhere.
What if I need to leave during the initial term?
We use a declining build balance rather than charging every remaining service month. The exact early-exit amount is shown in your agreement before work starts.
What falls outside a website package?
Custom applications, complex commerce, bespoke calculators, deep data migration, and non-standard integrations are scoped separately. We will tell you before discovery when the work belongs in a custom engagement.
How are custom projects billed?
Every project begins with 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before launch or handoff. Larger builds are divided into independently useful fixed-fee phases, and the same 50/50 structure applies to each approved phase. Any scope change is priced before the additional work begins.
