Who we are

Wave Logic Studios (“we”, “us”) is a web platform studio based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States. This policy covers the website at wavelogicstudios.com. It does not cover platforms we build for clients, which are governed by those clients’ own policies.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, company name, project types, budget range, and project description you provide, along with the page you submitted from. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to scope potential work.

If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to Calendly’s privacy policy in addition to this one.

Information collected automatically

• HubSpot. Form submissions are delivered to our HubSpot CRM. HubSpot sets a tracking cookie (hubspotutk) that associates a submission with prior visits to this site, so we can see what someone read before getting in touch.
• Analytics. When configured, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages viewed, referring sources, and approximate location. Analytics data is not used to identify individuals.
• Hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data including IP address and user agent for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that operate this site and our business: HubSpot (CRM and forms), Google (analytics, where enabled), Calendly (scheduling), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept in our CRM for as long as there is a reasonable business relationship or prospect of one. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser to opt out of HubSpot and analytics tracking
• Email hello@wavelogicstudios.com to request a copy of, correct, or delete the information we hold about you
• Ask us not to contact you again, and we will close the record

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted to HubSpot over an encrypted connection, and access to our CRM is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect sensitive categories of personal data through this site.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
